Advocate 'Moleli was born and raised in a small village in Lesotho, where he witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by young people. Growing up in a family of educators, he developed a deep appreciation for education and hard work—values that shaped his ambition to pursue higher learning. He went on to study Law at the National University of Lesotho, equipping himself with the knowledge and critical thinking skills to address social and economic challenges within his community.
